Own room in shared apartment

I am renting out a room with start December 4th and onwards. I am looking for a woman renter and age nor nationallity is not really important. What is important is that we get along. Youl be sharing apartment with me who is an outgoing person, working from home at times and my son who is living with me every other week. He is a fine little boy who is used to being considerate. So: At the moment we are staying in Ekhagen, metro station Universitetet, neighbour with Naturhistoriska museet but will move in January or February to my newly renovated home in Solna Bergshamra. The room is of decent size in both places and there is a full kitchen, nice living room etc. In Bergshamra there is a washer and dryer in the apt, and in Ekhagen a laundry room with 2 washers and a dryer. In Bergshamra we have a large garden and a few minutes away from Nationalstads parken (Green area and water for swimming) I have lived in shared apartments in NYC, and also worked in very tight spaces on yachts around the world, and had roomies the last 15 years. I am looking for someone whos intentions are to stay for a while. Who has a normal schedule. i.e. no night shifts one regular basis, as I find it hard to be that quiet and not disturb during the day. I love cooking, I have a big social network, I travel quite a bit and in the summer we are most often in our summer cottage. My current roomie has lived with us since last winter ( she has found a place closer to work) and the previous one stayed for a year and then she found love. Its 10 min by subway to central station. Rent is 5000 to start and the 6000 in Bergshamra. Thats including normal usage of electricity, WiFi (shitty in Ekhagen fiber in Bergshamra) The room is furnished with a 140 bed (new) with storage drawers. a book shelf, closet and desk.
