We want to rent out our apartment for long term(one year or more), and big chance to extend the contract. Location: The apartment is located in a good place very close to Hagaparken, 10 minutes walking distance to Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Areana, 3 stops to Stockholm Central Station by pendeltåg. Below things is included: Elevator, Laundry, Bicycle room, Garbage room, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave oven, Cable TV (Comhem), etc... Looking for somebody that is non-smoking, not interested in partying and better to have stable income. Max 2 person. Please note that electricity is not included in the monthly fee so the less you consume the less you pay, we have Broadband (Bredbandsbolaget 250M) right now and its not included either.
