We are subletting our 3a in Solna close to Solna centrum and Västra Skogen from October 1st for at least 10 months with possibility to extend. Close to NKS and Pampers Marina and less than 10 min. Bike from Kungsholmen. The apartment is on the top floor, of a 4 storeys building and has beautiful light coming in through the day. You may even enjoy the fresh fall sun from the balcony. The living room is large and come furnished. Kitchen has all basic cooking equipments, including cutlery. The apartment has 2 large size bedrooms, one fully furnished (180 cm bed), the other one to be furnished by the person renting (kids room). You also get access to a bicycle and a stroller room. Laundry room in the building as well. Internet, electricity and heat is included in the price. 2 months deposit requested as well as 2 months notice. The apartment can be rent by 2 friends or a little family. Max 2 adults. You should be calm (no party and keep reasonably calm after 22h). You should take care of the apt like it is your.
