A nice apartment with furniture, Especially suitable for family or pair The apartment 3 rooms with kitchen, bathroom, a small storage, plus a balcony on the southern side (ca 75.5 kvm). It is on the ground floor (1 of 4). See picture 1 for layout. centralt belägen med balkong i bästa solläge There are two bedrooms on the northern side. One used as the main bedroom with a double bed and currently a baby bed as well as bedsides cabinet and chest of drawers. The other is used as study room/guest room, with a daybed frame with 3 drawers a simple desk, a book shelf and a folding bed. The living room is rather big. We have a desk, two 3-drawer chests, sofa set (IKEA - Söderhamn), a tea table and a wooden shelf for plants. There are three closets (one in the study room, one in the living room and one right outside the bathroom), as well as one storage room in the hallway In the bathroom, we have a small shower cabin and washing machine, and toilet and washbasin of course. (see pic 10) In the kitchen, there are stove, oven, micro-wave oven, fridge (kyl/frys) and disk machine. A set of dinning table with 4 chairs (IKEA Jokk mokk). (see pic 11,12) The apartment is not decorated much, but it is quite cozy to live in. Location/Transportation The apartment is about 500m from Bergshamra Centrum, From there, one may take T-bana (Line 14, Bergshamra) easily to Stockholm University (1 stop), KTH (2stop), T-centralen (5 stop) as well as places along the line. It is especially convenient for those who work/study at Universitet or KTH. There are also bus lines travelling directly to Solna Station, Solna Centrum, Kista Centrum, Mörby Station, ect. Environment Around Bergshamra Centrum, there are Coop, restaurants, library, vårdcentral, grocery and other facilities. There are about 6 or 7 kindergartens in the area (within 10 min walk distance), if there are kids in family. The apartment locates in National Stadparken. It is about 10-15min walk to Ulriksdal Slott (or 3 min bus trip with line 503). Or one may tread towards south and arrives at the shoreline of Brunsviken in less than 10 min. Important Note Styrelsen has scheduled to have pipe renovation (stambytet) starting from September 2018, which will last about 2 months. We assume it will be rather inconvenient to live in the apartment during that period so we plan to end the contract then. However, if you as tenant would like to continue, we could discuss about the term.
