Hi Nice and fully furnished apartment for long term. The apartment has 1 bedroom, big livingroom, kitchen, bathroom with a glaze balcony, totally 59 kvm. The apartment is located at 11th floor with amazing views in Solna. Contract from around april 1st. The rent is 12000 and that includes insurance, internet and cabel tv. Electricity tenant has to provide itsself. There is a dishwasher in apartment and laundry in the same building. There is acces to garage if asked upon, to a cost around 600 kr a month. Deposit will be required when signing contract and that will be giving back when contract ends and apartment is given back in good condition. The tenant has to be able show proof of economy and also if asked upon, be able to give reference. Important that tenant is a calm, tidy and reliable person/s.
