Hi I am renting out a flat in Huvudsta Solna, initially for two months in the summer, but it can be extended. The flat is located on the 2nd floor, there is a separate living room, balcony, a separate area for sleeping with a double bed and a kitchen. It is a 5 minutes walk to Huvudsta station and it takes 9 minutes to T-Centralen with the metro. Solna Centrum is a 10 minute walk away. The supermarkets, pharmacy and other amenities are also a 5-minute walk away. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature - there is a beach and a swimming pool nearby. I would like to rent out the flat as I will not be in Sweden during the summer.
