The rental period is from 8th June 2018 - 8th January 2019 (no extension possible) Internet, water, heating, even electricity is included in the rent. The apartment is fully furnished with all utilities, white and small appliances. The person I am looking for is an adult with permanent employment, responsible, clean, and non-smoker. No pets allowed. The apartment is best suited for families with baby/little children, but a couple and/or just 2 adults works well too.
