Great solna apartment roommate wanted

Im an American researcher here in Stockholm with a lovely 90 sqm apartment I wish to share with a new roommate. My current roommate has recently moved out to have a sambo. The apartment has two bedrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room, one full and one half bathroom (which I primarily use), and washer, large laundry room in the basement and a small balcony. It is located only a 10 minute walk from the ulriksdal pendaltåg and on a busline that takes only 25 minutes to reach central station, additionally we are five mintues from the Jarva Krog flygbussarna stop so it is only a 25 minute bus ride to Arlanda. Rent is 7500 sek a month and that includes heat, water, internet, and even netflix The apartment is fully furnished although furnishing in the bedroom is a sparse so as to leave room for a new tenant to bring in your own belongings. Also storage is the basement is available but small. The neighborhood has plenty of street parking and the cost for a monthly permit is only 350 sek a month. I personally also spend much of my free time latin ballroom dancing and cooking when possible. If you have any interest please message me and we can set up a time to have a phone interview.
