Long-term rental contract in Torsplan I am renting out my apartment at the heart of Karolinska Institutet as I am moving to Barcelona for a longer period (minimum one year). The apartment is very well planned and is perfect for both a couple and one person. Other than the apartment, the building offers common tvättstuga, sauna, and gym that can be used for free. Moving-in date is very flexible. Rent Cost 15 000 SEK (includes Wi-fi, insurance). There are additional fees for water/heating (my consumption is usually 100/200 SEK per month during winter). Transportation Closest Bus station: Karolinska Institutet Biomedicum (2 min walk) that takes you to St Eriksplan (5 min). Buses are 3,6, 77, 507 Closest Metro: St Eriksplan (15 min walk) Closest Pendeltåg: Odenplan (10 min walk, Vanadisplan exit)
