We rent a room of our nice 3rd in evenemangsgatan 30 in Solna. Lovely bright and attractive location with surface-efficient floor plan and sun side on floor 19. Exit to large glazed furnished balcony, 11 m, with a view of Råstasjön. Nearby is the Mall of Scandinavia which is Scandinavias largest shopping center and friends arena You have walking distance to Solna Station about 10 min. The monthly fee includes normal consumption of household electricity, water, heating, 700 / Mbit Fiber broadband, Digital TV. The room is furnished and fully equipped for one person and the kitchen table is in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a refrigerator, freezer and stove as well as access to a separate cabinet. The bathroom is large and spacious. The bedroom has a 90 cm bed, TV table with 32 inch TV, double wardrobe 120 cm wide and a chest of drawers. If there is a request for a desk in the room, we can buy this, otherwise the kitchen table can be used to sit and work or study as well as on the balcony with a beautiful view of Råstasjön.
