This room is perfect for people who want to live in a relaxed area close to both the waterfront, parks/recreational areas and the central parts of Stockholm. Perfect for biking to Solna centrum, Sundbyberg, Karolinska, or taking the subway to the centre of Stockholm in just 10 minutes. In the summer (well, in the winter sometimes as well) you can dive from the cliffs in Huvudsta into the water, giving you the feeling of being out in the archipelago. In the winter it is close to all services you want. I am renting out two rooms in my apartment, see plan picture. Room B is available from April the 15:th (Room A is rented out to a PhD researcher at Karolinska). Each other week my two sons, 8 and 11 years old, will live in the apartment. However due to a lot of activities away the apartment will be quite and ideal for just relaxing, studying etc. Renting period: April 15:th 2018 - Mars -(Possibly longer) Deposit: 3800 SEK We have had good experiences renting out to exchange students/researchers before and prefer if you: - Speak fluent English or Swedish - Is a postgraduate researcher, doing your master studies or similar I really like co-living with other people. The key is of course respect and honesty as with all human relations.
