Hi Room for rent close to subway station Huvudsta. I am renting out two rooms in a bigger apartment, see picture. Shared kitchen and bathroom, toilet with other tenant. Room B is available from February. Room A is rented out to a female PhD researcher at Karolinska. Each other week my two sons will live in the apartment. They sleep at night, but when they are awake the like to play. So between 0700-0900 am and 1600-2100 there will be some noise. Renting period: February 1 2017 - February 1 2018 (Possibly longer) Deposit: 3800 SEK We have rented out to exchange students/researchers before and prefer if you: - Speak fluent English or Swedish - Is a postgraduate researcher, doing your master studies or similar One of my sons have some allergies so we have some important rules: - No pets - No smoking - No nuts or food made of nuts in the apartment Send me an email if you are interested in the apartment Best regards David
