Looking for a calm and nice roommate I am a guy who travels a lot and I am mostly out of the home, therefore, I am looking for a roommate to share my nice apartment with. Since I am a guy, guys are preferred The flat has 2 rooms. I will use the living room and you will have the bedroom. It is located in Solna and was built in 2015 so it is very fresh. The bus stop and Ica supermarket are 90 m far from it. It takes 25 minutes to go to T-Centralen by bus and train. The rent is 5500 SEK and it includes Normal El. and the internet. Two rent is required as a deposit. The room will be available as of 2020-09-15. The flat is fully furnished and it has a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. OBS -The closets in the bedroom will be shared -Pet or smoking is not allowed even on the balcony. -No guest is allowed since there is not enough space in the flat.
