Ett rum i en 4a uthyrs omgående. Rummet är ca 12 kv m och är möblerat med en bekväm säng 140x200 cm, bord med stol, en rymlig garderob och bokhylla. Rummet är väldigt lugnt med fönster mot park. Tillgång till vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök och badrum, och även till gemensam tvättstuga i huset. Huset är beläget på gångavstånd (600 m) till Solna centrum med över 100 butiker och T-banestation (10 minuters resa till T-centralen). Inom 200-300 m från huset finns hållplatser för bussar mot Danderyd, Solna station, Karolinska institutet, m.m. Mittemot huset finns LIDL, det är 500 m till ICA Maxi och ca 1,2 km till en liten badplats. Uthyrningen sker på 3 eller 6-månadersbasis med ev. förlängning och 1 månads ömsesidig uppsägningstid. Hyran betalas i förskott. I hyran ingår el, wi-fi, vatten, snabbt internet och vissa förbruknings-artiklar. En deposition (1 månadshyra) tas ut i samband med kontraktsskrivning och återfås vid utflyttning om allt är i ordinarie skick. Min man och jag söker en trevlig och skötsam hyresgäst (ej par) med stabil ekonomi, rök- och djurfri samt ej pälsallergiker då vi har hund . Du är helst veckopendlare eller studerande. A room in a 4-room apartment is available to rent immediately. The room is about 12 sq m and is furnished with a comfortable bed 140x200 cm, a table/desk with a chair, a spacious wardrobe and bookcase. The room is very quiet with a window overlooking a park. You have access to the living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and to the laundry in the house. The house is located within walking distance of Solna center (600 m) with over 100 shops. The subway station is also located there and it takes you 10 minutes to get to the city center. Within 200-300 m there are bus stops for buses to Danderyd, Solna station, Karolinska institutet, etc. Its 150 m to LIDL, 500 m to ICA Maxi and about 1.2 km to a local beach. The renting is done on a 3 or 6 months basis with a possibility to extension and one month mutual notice to end the tenancy. The rent is paid in advance. The rent includes electricity, wi-fi, water, fast internet and some consumables. A deposit corresponding to 1 month rent is to be paid upon conclusion of the subletting contract. The deposit is returned on your departure provided the room and the rest of the apartment are in the same condition as when you moved in. My husband and I are looking for a nice and caring tenant (not a couple), non-smoker, with no fur allergy as we have a dog (little and quiet). You have stable economy and preferably are a commuter on weekly basis or a student. A reference letter from your previous landlord is expected.
