Renting my spacious apartment which has a big glazed balcony and attracts plenty of sunlight. The apartment is located about a 7-minute walk from Sollentuna station. Very close proximity to shops- 5 min walk to LIDL, 8 min walk to Sollentuna Centrum Mall which has a collection of a range of shops. About 10 min bike ride to Willys. Mall of Scandinavia is about 10 min by train and Stockholm Central Station is about 16 min by train. There is a direct bus to Karolinska. The monthly rental includes heating, water, internet, cold and hot water. Electricity is not included in the rent. The apartment will be rented furnished with the following amenities- a three seater couch, Coffee table, Bookshelf, Dining table woth chairs, washing and drying machine, bathtub, basic utensils and cutlery in the kitchen, a double bed and plenty of storage wardrobes.
