It takes 15 minutes to reach Stockholm city by train. And takes 15 minutes to reach Kista by bicycle. Sollentuna Centrum is walkable in 5 minutes. Grocery shops are nearby which can be reached in 2 minutes. We are family of 4 people including 2 kids. Along with us, we have a baby rabbit too. I am renting out one bedroom which is furnished. The tenant can share the kitchen and common area. One bedroom and one toilet are dedicated to the tenant. One months rent is paid in advance as a deposit. The rent is shown for single tenant. Internet charges are included in the rent. Student or working professional with regular income are preferred. It is possible for a longer-term renting.
