A newly built apartment of 30 m2 with own kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance available for rent. The apartment is placed in the basement of a villa with daylight through windows in both rooms and rented out fully furnished. Living room/bedroom and bathroom have floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave owen, induction hob and oven. The bathroom has floor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant villa area near the center of Sollentuna with great communications to Stockholm, Kista and Arlanda. Its a 10 minutes walk to the center of Sollentuna and the commuter train station where the train will take you directly to Stockholm central in 15 minutes or to Arlanda in 20 minutes. Its a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop where the buses take you to Kista center in 5 min. The apartment is only rented to ONE person. We are looking for a non-smoking tenant with stable finances and good references, preferably weekly commuters, for at least a 6 months contract. No pets are allowed. The rent is SEK 9000/month and includes water, heat, electricity, garbage collection, wifi and professional cleaning every two weeks.
