A pleasant apartment with separate entrance is available for rental in a calm villa area. Apartment is fully furnished and has two rooms with kitchen and bathroom in 58 sqm area. The independent floor has a separate entrance and offers privacy and independence. Apartment will be rented to persons with stable income who are organized and do not smoke or have a pet. The entire floor has been renovated 1 year back with new kitchen, new bathroom furniture and has been newly painted. The rooms can be rented separately, but preferably to be rented together by friends or a couple. In rent water, heating and internet (fiber) is included. 1 months rent as deposit and 2 months notice period applies. 2 reference persons would be needed from your place of work/study or previous rental places.
