A spacious room for rent on which I can be fully flexible on: Moving in day (just pick one) On the renting period (both short and long period works for me) On the furniture topic ( it is right now fully furnished with a sofa bed that can turn to a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a desk chair and a small bookcase but I also have a big storage room that I can move some of those furniture or all of them depending on your needs PS there are also 3 big wardrobes that is not possible to move) Things I cannot be flexible on: Noise Tidiness, hygiene Respect Rent payments One month deposit The rent includes: electricity, internet, warm water, sharing kitchen, sharing bathroom, sharing living room, laundry and bicycle room.
