I will be moving to a new apartment with my girlfriend so I would like to rent this apartment out. Internet, electricity etc is included in the rent. The apartment could be suitable for either one person, or a couple. It is right across the street from Edbserg Centrum, and has a bus stop right outside the apartment, with buses going to both Sollentuna Station, and Danderyd Sjukhus regularly. It also has great surrounding areas, such as Edsviken to swim in just short walk away, and also a large forest area very close by. Ideally, I would like to rent out the apartment unfurnished, but if you need any furniture, we can discuss that. Im looking to rent the apartment out from the 1st of May but the move in date is flexible If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask
