Rum uthyres / Room to rent (English below) Jag hyr ut ett rum i min lägenhet i Rotsunda, Sollentuna kommun. Rummet uthyres möblerat. Du kan skriva dig på adressen. Du måste ha fått dina två doser av vaccin mot corona och hålla social distans. Jag har tagit två doser. Möbleringen består av 105-säng, sängbord, sänglampa, datorbord, kontorsstol, köksbord och två köksstolar med dynor, taklampa, garderob, bokhylla, plats att hänga ytterkläder och ställa skor. Du tar med egna sängkläder, täcke, kudde, handdukar. Du tecknar en hemförsäkring för dina saker med drulleförsäkring för eventuella tillbud i lägenheten. Du kan använda köket för att laga mat, ugn, spis, micro, kyl och frys finns samt att du har skåpsutrymme för torrvaror. Matbord har du ett eget i ditt rum. I köket har du plats att förvara mat och husgeråd, det mest basal finns så du kommer klara dig även om du inte har eget. På ditt rum finns en vattenkokare. Vi delar badrum. Vi turas om att städa de gemensamma områdena, det städas varje vecka. Du kan boka husets tvättstuga. Hyran är 4300kr/månad. För veckopendlare är hyran 4000kr/månad. El, städmaterial, diskmedel och toapper ingår. Vill man ha wifi så tillkommer 200kr/mån. Mysigt område, nära till stor och billig mataffär och nära till busshållplats som snabbt tar en till pendeln i Rotebro. Vi som bor där är jag och mitt barn. Då jag har astma så måste personen som bor med oss vara rökfri, djurfri, inte använda rökelser och endast lite parfym. Utifrån barnet så går hemmafester bort. Tills covid är över så tar vi inte hem gäster, detta för att minska risken för smittspridning i hemmet. Löpande uthyrning med 3 månaders uppsägning åt båda håll. If you are only here Monday-Friday, rent is 4000Sek/month. Electricity is included as well as cleaning material and toilet paper. If you want to use the Wi-Fi it adds on 200kr/month. The tenancy agreement terminates at the turn of the month that occurs three months after termination of the contract. Theres one rent in deposit which is to be paid when signing the contract. Its me and my child who lives here. As I have asthma I need a tenant who is a non-smoker without animals and who dont uses neither incense nor much perfume. And as my child is living here parties is a big no too. Until covid has past, guest are not allowed in the flat. This is to reduce the risk of spreading the infection in the home Cosy neighbourhood, close to a big grocery store and close to bus stop that takes you to the community train.
