The apartment is partially furnished and consists of: 2 bedrooms 1 spacious living room 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 bathroom The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and enough space for a double bed. The second bedroom is smaller and includes a single bed and a small wardrobe. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are separate. The apartment is ideal for up to 3 tenants, although a maximum of 4 people can be considered. The apartment includes all the essential amenities and shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a clean bathroom. Rent includes: Water Heating Electricity Wi-Fi A shared laundry room is located downstairs in the building. Parking is also available for an additional monthly fee if needed. A one-month security deposit is required when signing the rental agreement. The first months rent must be paid on the move-in date before the keys are handed over. Please note that the apartment is partially furnished, so tenants will need to provide some items such as a TV and another stuff according to their own needs.
