The place will be rented unfurnished (the chairs, table and bed in the pictures will be removed, but the wardrobe will remain.) We want to rent to a calm, orderly and responsible person with stable finances. The rent is paid in advance every month on the 25th and one months rent is requested as a deposit. The notice period is three months.
