Ett par minuters promenad till centrum, till mataffär, gym och busshållplats med direktbuss till sjukhuset. 5 minuter bort finns Resecentrum samt Högskolan. Wienerbageriet ligger precis runt hörnet som ett plus. Uthyrning från 5 januari och 9 månader framåt med chans till förlänging. Lägenheten hyrs ut möblerad. I hyran ingår el, bredband, kabel-TV, värme och vatten. 160cm säng. Jag söker dig som är rökfri, djurfri, skötsam och vill hyra hela perioden. Only a few minutes away youll find the shops and bars of centre Skövde, a small supermarket and a bus stop. 5 minutes away is Skövde station as well as Skövde University. The flat will be sublet from 5th of january and 9 months forward (with the chance for prolongation). The flat is furnished, 160cm bed. The flat with furniture is in very good condition. Included in the rent is electricity, water, heating, Internet and cable tv. I am looking for a person who wants to rent the entire period, who does not smoke or have any pets and is responsible.
