A very nice house in a family friendly area close to the forrest and still good communications to Northvolt only 4 km from the town center. In the winter you could drive the snowmobile from the house or use the nearby ice scating area or the playground. It is a great house for our children to grow up in as it has big open space with the fireplace and a kitchen island where you can hang out or socialize with friends. Around the open areas there are five rooms that can be used as bedrooms or office space. We rent the house fully furnished including everything such as internet, electricity, heating, costs for garbige disposal, water etc. However you need to showel snow and move the lawn on your own. As the kids has grown up and left the house it to big for us and we will try to live in an appartment comming year and are therefor letting the house
