A Peaceful Cottage in the Heart of Österlen Welcome to our beautiful holiday cottage in the heart of Österlen, southern Sweden. Surrounded by nature, quiet gravel roads and beautiful countryside, the cottage is the perfect place for families, friends and dog owners looking for a relaxing escape from everyday life. The cottage is approximately 77 m and sits on a large, fully fenced 1,600 m garden. Here, you can enjoy peaceful mornings, long summer evenings, family dinners outdoors and plenty of space for children and dogs to play. The atmosphere is calm and private, while some of the most beautiful places in Österlen are only a short drive away. Gyllebo Lake and the surrounding nature reserve are just a short walk from the cottage. The area is perfect for morning walks, evening strolls and enjoying the changing seasons. The sea is also close. Beautiful beaches can be reached in approximately 13 minutes by car, making it easy to combine a peaceful countryside stay with days by the coast. The cottage has four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed for two additional guests, allowing the cottage to accommodate up to 10 adults. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, making it easier to sleep comfortably during the long, bright Swedish summer evenings. The kitchen is one of the natural gathering places in the house. It has a large kitchen island, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, making it easy to prepare everything from a relaxed breakfast to a dinner for the whole group. The open and social layout means that everyone can spend time together, even when someone is cooking. After a day exploring Österlen, you can relax in the living room, play games with the family, watch a film or simply enjoy a quiet evening by the fireplace. There are toys and games available for children, making the cottage a comfortable choice for families. The garden is a big part of the experience. The large south-facing patio is perfect for breakfast in the sunshine, afternoon coffee or dinner outdoors. The entire property is fenced, making it especially suitable for guests travelling with dogs. There are separate dog-friendly areas as well as a shaded dog pen with a dog house and shelter from rain and wind. The surrounding area is wonderful for walking dogs, with quiet roads, woodland and nature all around. Österlen is one of the most beautiful areas in southern Sweden and there is plenty to discover. Simrishamn is approximately 15 minutes away by car, while Kivik is around 17 minutes away. Kåseberga and the southern coast can be reached in approximately 30 minutes. Many of Österlens most popular attractions are within around 30 minutes of the cottage, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.
