Apartment is recently renovated and in good condition, receives a lot of sun most of the year. Net uplink is 250mbit up, 250mbit down(quite fast). Machines for washing and drying laundry are available in the bathroom. Access to workout things 20mm mats, free weights, adjustable machine etc are available in the living room. Running trail in nearby woods, quite well frequented by people who walk or run, whenever I go out there. I often work in Stockholm and takes me 45-50min with bus/train. Neighborhood in general is pretty calm, lots of families with kids. Apartment in general is furnished, the room that Im looking to rent out will not be. Initially moved in with my sister when she needed a place to live when she then found a place of her own, I was faced with the choice of finding someone to live with or moving to something smaller. Several different shared living arrangement since then have worked out well but current flat mate has found a place of her own(was always the plan) and therefore looking for someone new to share with, as I dont at all use the full space of such a large apartment on my own. Everything regarding shared living expenses(heating, broadband, electricity, I handle maintenance), is included in stated rent. We both have our own bedrooms our own space and the rest of the apartment is shared access and responsibility. In previous shared living arrangements, both persons simply picking up after themselves has worked well as a general guideline anything else, even small issues or preferences, we just talk about.
