Brand new apartment in märsta, Märsta

Hi. I want to rent out my apartment for the winter, from December 1st until March 1st. It is a brand new apartment, finished in May 2014, completely furnished with new furniture and it even has its own washing machine and drier. The kitchen/dinning/living area is spacious and has lots of light and there is a separate bedroom. Good public transport connections by pendeltåg and busses (to Arlanda airport for example) and also ideal if you own a car. Shops and green areas are nearby too. The rent is 8600/month and there is a one months rent worth of a security deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the rental period if there are no damages, scratches etc. Write me an email and tell me about you I can of course show you the apartment beforehand and write a second hand rental contract.
