Jag bor i radhus i Salem. Mina döttrar är numera utflugna och därmed har jag har två rum som jag gärna hyr ut till studenter. Radhuset består av tre plan. På nedersta planet huserar jag där jag har mitt sovrum, allrum och badrum med tvätt och tork som ni kan använda efter överenskommelse På mellanplanet finns entréplan med hall vardagsrum, matrum och tillgång till kök som vi delar. På översta planet finns de två rum jag hyr ut. Rummen är möblerade och är på ca 14 m2 vardera och har ett separat badrum med både badkar och dusch som delas av de två som kommer hyra rummen. Det går även bra om en person vill hyra båda rummen. Separat kyl och micro kommer finnas.El, värme och wifi ingår. Radhuset ligger i östra delarna av Salem. Ca 10 minuters promenad till Salem Centrum där det mesta man behöver finns. Skog och natur på nära håll. Ca 8 minuters promenad till direktbuss in till Fridhemsplan, eller till buss som på 12 minuter tar dig till Tumba pendeltågsstation. Därefter 7 minter med pendeltåg till Flemingsberg och Södertörns högskola. Söker dig som är rökfri. I live in a townhouse in Salem. My daughters have moved out and I have two rooms that I like to rent to students. The townhouse consists of three levels. At the first floor is where I have my bedroom, living room and bathroom with laundry and dryer that you can use by arrangement The middle floor is the entrance floor with hallway, living room, dining room and access to kitchen that we share. At the top level there are the two rooms for rent. The rooms are furnished and are about 14 m2 each and have a separate bathroom with both bath and shower, which is shared by the two persons who will rent the rooms. It also works well if a person wants to rent both rooms. Separate fridge and micro will be provided. Electricity, heating and wifi included. The townhouse is located in the eastern part of Salem. About 10 minutes walk to Salem Centrum where most of the things you need is available. Forest and nature close up. Good communications to Södertörns högskola. Approximately 8 minutes walk to bus straight to Fridhemsplan, or to the bus toTumba commuter train station ( 12 minutes). Then 7 minutes by commuter trains to Flemingsberg and Södertörns högskola. You are a non smoker Endast en person boende per rum. Only one person living in each room.
