I am going out of country for 3-4 months from march till June end. I wish to rent my apartment. I have 89 sqm apartment near Salem centrum. Its newly renovated having 2 bedrooms, 1 big kitchen, 1 living room, 1 small closet room and 2 bathroom. 1 bathroom having only toilet and the other one having washing machine, dryer, toilet and shower. This apartment is fully furnished with all the necessity like bed, sofa, tv, tables, cabinets and fully equipped kitchen you wont be in need of buying anything new. The rent is 14000 SEK/month which include internet, electricity and fully furnished place. Only insurance you must get for 4 months i will cancel mine for 4 months. No Smoking, No pets allowed in the apartment. I also have indoor parking which is 700 SEK/Month can also be given if needed.
