Hey, I would like to rent out my own 2 rum apartment with a private car parking place in Murargatan 18c. The apartment is well renovated and fully furnished. It has a large and bright living room and a big bedroom, also the modern kitchen and bathroom. You can sit and breath in the balcony. You can also enjoy a sun bath in lawn and have BBQ with friends using community facilities there. There is bus service of no.7, which connects centrum in 6 minutes. There are shops such as Willys, ICA , Granby and Lidl in walking distance. The price is 8500kr for one month. You pay the electricity (about 200kr/month) but all other fees are included. The asking price is negotiable in individual case, e.g., include the electricity bill or pay less for single tenant.
