Hello there Me and my husband are going to spend a year in Paris due to our work, and as a result, we are looking to rent out our beloved house for the duration of our stay there. The house (actually an apartment) is located in the vicinity of Göteborg, in Öjersjö. For those who are not familiar with the area, its a very nice and safe neighborhood with excellent schools and outdoor activities like the lake and hiking spots. Its quite heartbreaking for us to rent out our home, so we would prefer to rent it to someone that will take care of it as it was his own. The apartment has 3 rooms (a living room plus two bedrooms) and right now it is almost without furniture, but everything is in the storage, so if you need anything we can bring it to the apartment. It even comes with a robot that mows the lawn. Theres a covered garage for one car, and you can park another one on the street. Theres a separate laundry room and a walk-in closet. It will be available starting from November 10, 2023.
