Uthyres lägenhet

Portstråket 20

Im renting out my newly built one room apartment for 1-year with possibility of extending that period. Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent. If you wish to have a parking lot, you need to pay 950kr extra. I clicked in unfurnished but there will be a bed sofa and a dining table with two chairs if the future tenant wish to have that. The bus station is right outside the apartment. The travel to the city shouldnt take more than 15-20 minutes depending on the traffic. NOTE Please do not contact me if you wont be able to provide an employment contract that extends over a year.
