I am a middle aged man who live in a two floor apartment in south of Sävedalen (Ljungkullen). I am renting a bedroom on the first floor (12 kvm), that is furnished with a bed (120x200cm), a night table, a closet, desk, chair and a TV. Across the room is a common bathroom. There is access to a wash machine and a drying cabinet in the apartment. I live in a quiet neighborhood close to nature, and twelve minutes with bus to Gothenburg city and Allum. It is a five minute walk to the nearest square where you can find a supermarket, a pizza place and other necessities. I have a little dog living in the apartment. I would prefer that you who sign for this room are an exchange student and can show proof of this.
