Hi I have 2 rooms in a big villa that I would like to rent from now for both short or long term contracts , the villa is 1 minute walkng distance from the bus stop, 7 minutes with the bus to Allum shopping mall, and a total of 25 minute to centralstation/Nordstan. Room 1 : (4.7m3.7m) This room is situated in the 1st floor, it has 1 single bed, a night table, desk and chair, 2 huge closests and a smaller closet and a mirror , the view is over a huge balcony. Rent is 3400kr/month Room 2 (3.3m 2.9m) This room is situated in the ground floor, it has 1 single bed, a closet, desk and chair, a smaller closet and a mirror. The view is over the garden and mountain. Rent is 3000kr/month The rent for both includes the usage of electricity, unlimited internet, heatng, laundry, and all house facilities. (Parking is also available) (There will also be 1500kr deposit that will be returned when leaving) Our rules: We have a small really friendly dog. We appreciate no alcohol nor pork , a quiet and respectful person. The Vila will be shared with another 2 people, you will be sharing the huge kitchen, 3 living rooms , dining room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room , balcony and general house area.
