Hi We have 1 room that will be free for 8 months (from now until the end of july), the room is in a Vila in Kåhög (Partille), 90m from the bus stop, 9 minutes with bus from Allum shopping centrum, and 30 minutes with 2 buses from Nordstan/central station. The rent is 3500kr (electricity, water and internet are included) Room size : ( 2.8 meter 3.6 meter) Please notice that the pictures show 2 beds but now the room has only 1 bed furniture: A single bed, a night table, a desk and chair, a closet. This room has its own door to the balcony and then to the garden. Rent3500kr/month you will share the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room with another 3 friendly guys. who are we looking for: A guy who is ok being around a small friendly dog, no alcohol or pork in the house, quiet and tidy person, will not bring gf/bf to his room or guests in general, a person who is flexible, and does not cook food that smells strong nor spend hours in the kitchen/bathroom as it is shared with others aswell.
