This place is very convenient for students at Stockholm University (SU) or The Royal Technical College (KTH). There is a is a direct train which takes 30 minutes. The house is situated in the North of Stockholm near the Baltic coast and archipelago. Its 300 meters to the woods and a 15 minute walk to a beautiful lake for swimming and skating. We rent out the top floor. It is a separate apartment with four single bedrooms, a living room, pantry (small kitchen) and a combined shower and toilet. The house (built 2005) and surroundings are beautiful. Internet, electricity, heating and hot water are included in the rent. No extra to pay The deposit is 3900 kr. and is returned when you move out. Minimum rental period is two months. The room is suitable for one person.
