A kitchen with a set of dinnerware. There is also a table, chairs, a refridgerator, and a freezer. A bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. A small hall with a closet. It is fully furnished so no furnace is needed to move in. Good communication to Stockholm because of Roslagsbanan that is located about five min away. Roslagsbanan takes about 45 min to get to the royal institute of technology (Stockholm Östra). The deal contains a one month mutual notice period plus two moths security deposit. The pictures only capture parts of how luxurious the cottage is. The tenant has to be living alone, calm, organized, non-smoking and no pets allowed. Current and earlier tenants have appriciatet the quality of both the cottage and the location.
