This place is very convenient for students at Stockholm University or The Royal Technical College (KTH).There is a direct train which takes 30 minutes. The house is situated in the North of Stockholm near the Baltic coast and arkipellago. We rent out the top floor. It is a separate apartment with four bedrooms, a living room, pantry (small kitchen) and a combined shower and toilet. The house (built 2005) and surroundings are beautiful. The rent includes electricity, heating and internet. The room is furnished but you need your own bed linen Minimum rental period is two months. The room is suitable for one person.
