This place is very convenient for students at Stockholm University or The Royal Technical College (KTH).There is a direct train which takes 30 minutes. The house is situated in the North of Stockholm near the Baltic coast and arkipellago. We rent out the top floor. It is a separate apartment with four bedrooms, a living room, pantry (small kitchen) and a combined shower and toilet. The house (built 2005) and surroundings are beautiful.
