Radhus in a nice town near stockhom

My flat is located in Åkersberga, a nice town, just 30 km north of Stockholm. By car it takes about 25 minutes to Stockholm. Train-connections are very good as well , and it takes between 31-37 minutes from Åkersberga Station to Stockholm (TKH station), and even less (27-33 minutes) to the University. There are also bus-connections direktly from my neighbourhood to Stockholm, to Danderyd hospital, to Stockholm University and to Norrtälje. My flat has 3 rooms, and the total area is 72 m2. It is located in the second floor in a building (radhus) with 4 flats. There is a living room, 2 bedrooms (one of them is very big, and can be devided to 2 small rooms) , kitchen with dining area, balcony, bathroom with a tub, and a small nice garden downstairs. The flat is furnited and equipped with the needed appliances in the flat, plus an air conditioner which is unusual in Sweden. I can take away some of the furniture and equippment from the flat if you prefer it. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful, and rather near to Åkersbergas center. You can enjoy a lot of beautiful nature areas in Åkersberga, paths for walking, cycling and riding, golf courses, nice beaches and lakes, and many cultural and sport activities. Åkersberga is the county town of the municipality of Österåker which is part of the Stockholm. That means many options to enjoy tours in the beautiful islands around. The price is 15800 kr/month which includes: Vatten / avlopp, Sophämtning, Kabel TV and tvättstuga. I am looking for a couple or a small family, non-smokers and quiet.
