Hello, I am going to rent out my cosy fully furnished apartment for 2.5 months. The apartment has a bedroom, a dining room, a kitchen, a toilet, and a nice balcony. It is located at Åkersberga, 5 mins walk to Åkersberga centrum and Åkersberga station. There is a commuter train (Roslagsbannan) from Akersberga station to Östra Station which facilate the transportation to Stockholm. Depending on the train type, it may take 30-36 mins from åkersberga station to Östra station. the Apartment is fully furnished with sofa, double bed, TV, toaster, shelves, washing machine for laundry, dish washer machine, and everything which would be required for a decent and convenient life. The rental period is from 2nd of March, until 16th of May (2.5 months). everything is included such as: water, electricity, wifi, and heating. The price is 10500 SEK per month. There is a need for deposit to guarantee that you wont break the furniture, but the amount of deposit is negotiable. No smoking and no pets allowed in the apartment.
