Room for rent in the stockholm archipelago, Stockholms skärgård

I live in a house in Åkersberga that is too big. Therefore I would like to rent out two rooms, to two female students. One of the rooms has its own entrance and porch and lawn. That one cost 4000 kronor/ month. The other room cost 3000 kronor / month. Free wi-fi. Today the rooms are totally empty. I can use the first rent to buy the furniture you like, from Blocket. I will also buy a small oven and stove. Refrigerator is allready there. Of course you can also use the kitchen upstairs if you want. The rooms are att the bottomfloor. I live upstairs, except for my daughters playroom that is downstairs. And I also need to use the washingmashine downstairs. Its a toilet and shower downstairs. I have a bathroom upstairs. I dont want you to feel like you juste rent the rooms. Feel free to be everywhere in the house. And on the porch, on the front or the backside. Its really nice in the spring and in the summer. And if you like to plant anything in the garden - juste do it. From here you can take a highway bus to Stockholm university. Bus number 628C. The nearest shopping mall from here is Åkersberga centrum. Its 3.7 km from here. Its two lakes around the corner. One for fishing and one thats nice to swim in. And its 3 km to the ocean. The forest is juste outside, and there are nice walking tracks there. About me I am 38 years old, and I work in Stockholm, fulltime. I have a daughter that is 9, who lives here halftime.
