House with 3 bedrooms public area. One room is now available because one of the students has to work in Denmark The other two tenants living here are from Sweden and Italy. Osby, a nice small town with all services (many food shops and a lot of other shops, postoffice, restaurants, sport activities etc.), has train departures to/from Lund every hour (6 am 10 pm) on Mon-Fri. 55 mins train trip. On weekends not so many departures. Monthly ticket 840 SEK (student discount price). The house is located 800 m from downtown, 1000 m from railway station. We are looking for non-smoking students who want to stay in our extra house. No pets. If you need help with anything during your time in Osby, we are happy to help you. We live in an another house on the other side of Osby and we speak Swedish, English, Chinese (Putonghua) and German. The house (111 sqm) is newly renovated (2014) and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, big kitchen, living room and laundry room, totally 80 sqm in public area. Small cosy garden in a quiet area. Extra small storehouse for your bikes. Car parking also in the area. All appliances (stove, washing machine, freezer and refrigerator) are completely new (May 2014). Furnitures in all rooms and kitchen. Each bedroom (10-12 sqm) has a bed, chair, table/desk, lamps, curtain, wardrobes. If you need something extra, IKEA is situated only 25 min by car from Osby and perhaps we can help you with the transportation... Each bedroom 3500 SEK per month. (water and garbage collection incl.) Speedy internet available. Do you find 55 mins train trip to long time Either you live in Malmö, Landskrona, Helsingborg and other towns/villages, you will find that the time for transportation is nearly the same by buses (min bus ticket price 560 SEK/month) etc. But travelling by train you can do some school work same time, so you dont waste your time...
