Nynashamn

Recently moved to Stockholm so we are looking to rent out our home for short term / or long term. Its a beautiful location in Skansvagen in Nynashamn, great neighbours and child friendly area. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 of a bigger size and 2 smaller ones. Bathroom with shower, walk in closet. Down stairs kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room and an outdoors glass room. There is a big walk in closet that has a window that we have turned into a small guest room. Nice front yard with deck and garden, big back yard deck and open to the public garden. This is a corner spot. We also have a parking space booked and included. Furniture and amenities, it will be semi furnished so not all bedrooms are set, living room with sofa tv table etc outdoor furniture as well. Kitchen has all amenities. There is a community laundry room just across the house, and space for a washing machine in the bathroom if you wish. Ideally we want to rent it out for a few months to start we would wish to have it free in July at least so we use it, and could be back online after that. So if we have the right match it would be for you to come in December or maybe earlier use it till July with the possibility to continue after July if we are both happy with agreement etc Thanks
