Hi I have been renting an apartment in Norrköping since May. It is in Kritinagatan. 2 minutes walk from the centre of Norrköping and trams. It is in a lovely part of the city. I rent it from a wonderful owner called Jenny who lives in Northern Sweden. My job has taken me to Stockholm and I leave the apartment on 12 November but I can leave earlier in November if required. It is a one bedroom apartment, spacious, very warm in the winter. Fully furnished with bed, sofa, kitchen table and chairs, tv and rugs. Rent is 6780 per month and that includes tv and electricity. As I am the one moving out I am showing the apartment to any new tenant and if they like it then I will pass your details onto the owner as she cannot come down to Norrköping just yet. This really is a wonderful apartment and I know the first person to see will take it. No deposit will be needed until you have signed the contract with the owner. I am now working in central Stockholm so am only home at 8pm weekdays or can show any time over the weekend. Happy to answer any questions
