Unique apartment with high ceilings in an old factory. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with the Järla lake just a few meters from the apartment. The neighborhood has a lot of playgrounds for kids, a nice path along the lake, and a delicious café. The apartment is quite new (2018) and fully furnished for a family. There are one child room, one room with a queen bed, and a loft area for guests that can also be used as a playroom. Big windows with the sun in the room in the morning and the living room in the afternoon. It is well-insulated and quiet. Ground floor, accessible for wheelchairs. 15/20min by bus or by bike to Slussen Everything is included in the rent: - water - electricity - Internet - outside parking space if needed We are renting out our apartment because we will go back to France for the summer and then travel around Europe with our two kids during our parental leave. We will come back in January 2025. We love this apartment, so we are looking for people who will take care of it. We also love this neighborhood, the perfect compromise between the city and nature.
