The house is situated in a big wonderful garden with a big open grass lawn, old apple trees, a cherry tree, flowers and a kids area with swings, a small playhouse and a small sandbox. The house and the garden is perfect for playing with the kids, hanging out with friends in the sun or in the shadow under one of the old apple trees. The garden is quite private as its surrounded by high hedges. You reach the city in less than 10 minutes (by car) and you walk to the sea and Nyckelviken (nature reserve) in less than 5 min. The house has a garage with a guest room with two beds. The rent is kallhyra so costs for heating and electricity will be added based on how much is used.
