Hi there, Im renting out a room in my apartment, which is located in a quiet and peaceful area in Nacka. Rent includes a furnished room (with a 120cm bed), electricity, internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The room is available from August 1, 2018 and will initially be rented out for 3-6 months. The contract can be terminated with one months notice period. The apartment is 270 meters from the bus station where busses to Slussen run frequently. The apartment is also conveniently located 500 meters from ICA Maxi and 700 meters from Nacka Forum shopping center. Rent is 4.000 kr/month and the deposit is one months rent, which you will receive upon moving out. Im looking for a tidy, reliable and respectful woman, between the ages of 20-30 (preferably a student), to rent the room out, so please let me know if you are interested and we can arrange for you to see the room and meet each other.
