Hi, I have a fully furnished room for rent in Nacka. Everything included like internet, bed linens, towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc etc. Bathroom brand new and super clean, brand new fridge and freezer etc. Bus stop 100m from the house and it takes 25 minutes to Slussen direct way. It is a 2 storey house and I live in a bedroom on the ground floor and Im renting out 2 bedrooms upstairs. One guy, 27 years old working as a chef living in one room. We want to have a friendly atmosphere and in the summer coming we will have like some barbecues with friends in the big back yard. Livingroom and the common areas is for everyone. Weekdays are quiet and peaceful and some weekends we maybe cook some food and have a drink and go out for the night. Quiet at 21.00 weekdays and quiet at 00.00 on weekends is a rule. Cleanliness is a priority and always clean up after yourself. Me myself is a poker player that travel a lot and not often at home. But will probably spend some time in the house summer coming. But still, I will be out a lot. Im a 100 Swede but been traveling mostly for the past 6 years. So I prefer to speak english, my roommate is not a Swede and doesnt speak Swedish. But hes learning. I would prefer someone between 18 and 30 to rent the room. A social person, whos laidback and would like to hangout sometimes. We will share this house and it would be nice to be friends. Föredrar du att prata svenska så är det inga problem. Men bara det att jag föredrar engelska. Mina vänner och jag pratar i vanliga fall svenska. The monthly rent is 3700 sek and with a 2000 sek deposit. I care more about the atmosphere and some daily interaction before money. We will only be 3 persons in this house so we will have plenty of space. For 1000 sek extra we can put in one more bed in the bedroom and you can stay 2 people in the room. If you want to bring a friend like for a night or two it is all for free. 1 month notice both from you and from me before you want/need to move out.
